Why can't I just have someone else built my system using "the same parts"?
Surf Systems have been engineered to run flawlessly. Our technicians install the most
current hardware and software to prevent any compatibility problems. Each system is
tested to 100% functionality, and if the test is failed, the computer is completely
scrapped and started again new. It is this perfect harmony of hardware, software
and testing that allows Surf Systems to achieve their elite status.

Why won't Surf put me on hold in a queue when I call?
Surf is dedicated to making sure every customer has our undivided attention at the
time of order. In fact, our Sales Team is specifically trained to be as thorough as possible
with every order we receive. So if you can't get through to a salesperson on your
first try, we'll call you back at our expense as soon as one becomes available.

Why aren't your systems sold at retail computer stores?
In order to give you the best deal for ANY configuration you want, Surf maintains a
diverse inventory of components instead of specific components sold to other retail
channels. This also allows Surf the ability to continually purchase in the newest and
greatest components with very little residuals. And besides, we want to give you the
chance to meet our Sales Team. We think every customer deserves to be treated like
royalty...

How quickly will my computer be built?
It doesn't take us very long to build any one system. But our process of
manufacturing is similar to ordering fast food. You order, get a number, your number
is called and you receive your meal. With the volume of computers we build, we have
timed and implemented a "ship within a week" policy. That is, any volume of
computers ordered will be built, configured, tested, and shipped within 1 week of your
order. In reality, most computers we build actually ship sooner.

Do you sell system components or parts at Surf?
Only for Surf customers. The reasoning is simple enough; our first priority is
constructing the best PCs on the market, and our second is making sure that our
customers get the most from their Surf System. Therefore, we want to avoid
distributing parts but make sure we offer our customers the latest and greatest
component upgrades for their systems.
