Unless otherwise noted, rebates are provided by the manufacturer and are always one-per-household. In most cases rebate forms are not in the boxes and are downloadable from the product description page.

Follow the instructions on the rebate form to obtain your rebate. Please be sure to check the expiration and postmark dates of the rebate.  You will need your packing slip and UPC code to receive the rebate. Most rebates are only available in the United States and Canada unless otherwise specified.

Unless otherwise noted, Surf Electronics, Inc. is not responsible for the fulfillment of a manufacturer's rebate. Any questions or concerns regarding a rebate should be directed to the rebate fulfillment company indicated on the rebate form.

Please note that most rebate companies reserve the right to deny a rebate if any information is incomplete, etc. The average rebate takes 8-12 weeks for fulfillment. In addition, rebate companies and Surf Electronics, Inc. are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail.
